What do the different test categories mean?

The Molecular and Antigen COVID-19 tests are for those who suspect that they may be currently infected with COVID-19 because they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to someone confirmed to have COVID-19.

The antibody tests are for those who don’t currently feel sick but want to find out if they have previously been infected and recovered from COVID-19. 

How soon after a suspected exposure to COVID-19 should I be tested?

Always start by consulting your physician. There is growing evidence and agreement in the medical community that testing for COVID-19 at day 3 and day 10 is prudent. It is recommended that a person isolate themselves for 14 days after exposure to the virus.

I got tested at one of your partners testing sites and have not received my results. What do I do?

We apologize that you have not received your results. You can email our Concierge at info@wearelifelinehealth.com, and a member of our team will assist you.

I would like to have my office tested. Will you come to us?

Yes. We offer pop-up testing on location. If you need your office tested please reach out to our Concierge at info@wearelifelinehealth.com to generate a quote.

 

Can I arrive in the same car as my family?

Yes. We are able to test patients sitting near any window in the vehicle.

We know navigating COVID-19 travel requirements can be difficult. This FAQ contains the most common questions we receive from travelers. 

Are there age restrictions for your tests?

No. We know that traveling with littles ones can be challenging.

I have paperwork that needs to be filled out for my travels. Can you help me?

We are able to help the majority of travelers who have received a test from our partners with any required paperwork. Typically this certification is included in the testing fee. Sometimes the paperwork is quite lengthy, so there may be an additional small fee to fill out very complicated paperwork. 

I need COVID-19 travel testing ASAP. Can you help me?

Absolutely. This is what we do best! Our partners testing locations offer PCR testing with results delivered the SAME DAY. Please review your destination’s testing requirements to determine which you need for your travels.

What COVID testing does my destination require?

COVID-19 testing requirements and restrictions are always changing. Travelers are responsible for doing their own research since these requirements can change anytime. Lifeline Health cannot guarantee any test as an acceptable test for a certain country or state.
