Where are the tests processed?
Expedited PCR Swab Test
Processed by an independent lab; we offer same-day and net-day results at corresponding rates.
Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Test
Processed at our onsite lab, and typically patients will receive results within 30 minutes.
Are these tests approved by the FDA?
All tests offered at Lifeline Health have Emergency Use Authorization by the FDA.

How soon after suspected exposure to COVID-19 should a person be tested?
Always start by consulting your physician. There is growing evidence and agreement in the medical community that testing for COVID-19 at Day 3 and Day 10 is prudent. It is recommended that a person isolate themselves for 14 days after exposure to the virus.
Do you accept insurance?
No, but we encourage patients to reach out to their providers to see if the cost of their test is covered. COVID Clinic will provide necessary materials/receipts requested for reimbursement by the insurance provider.
I have a pre-registration number; is that all I need?
No, you will need to complete all patients forms and appointment registration online www.wearelifelinehealth.com
I made my appointment but wasn’t able to get tested. Will I get a refund?
If you did not get tested, you will receive a refund. To request a refund, email us at info@wearelifelinehealth.com
and let us know you missed your appointment. Please note: This does not apply to Group Bookings. All Group Bookings are charged and processed right away, so that vouchers can be distributed to the group.
I visited one of your sites for a test and have not received my results. What do I do?
We apologize that you have not received your results. You can e-mail our Concierge at info@wearelifelinehealth.com. , and a member of our team will be prompt to assist you.
Will test results be reported to the County Health Department?
Yes, all results will be reported daily to the patient’s county of residence. By law, our testing partners at COVID Clinic are required to report these results.
